Freight One has reduced its board of directors by half

The decision was made by the sole shareholder of PJSC Freight One. Vladimir Lisin, Alexander Voloshin, Igor Fedorov and Pavel Kiryukhantsev retained their seats in the Board. 

Anton Batyrev, Oleg Bukin, Oleg Bagrin and Anastassia Lauterbach left the board of directors. Andrei Panov left the board of directors on April 5.

The changes are aimed at simplifying the corporate governance system in connection with the company's abandonment of its plans to enter the public capital markets in the medium term and its planned transformation from a PJSC to a JSC.
