PJSC Freight One announces changes in the board of directors.
Anton Batyrev, Oleg Bukin, Oleg Bagrin and Anastasia Lauterbach left the board of directors. Andrei Panov left the board of directors on April 5.
The changes are aimed at simplifying the corporate governance system in connection with the company's abandonment of its plans to enter the public capital markets in the medium term and its planned transformation from a PJSC to a JSC.
